Ways we help little voices grow.
From first words to confident conversation, our care meets a wide range of speech and language needs. Every plan is built around one child: yours.
What we offer
Care shaped around real needs.
These are the areas we work in most. If your concern is not listed here, reach out anyway: we are happy to talk it through and point you in the right direction.
Autism
We follow each child's lead, honoring their sensory needs and how they connect with the world. The goal is to support and build on the way your child communicates, never to fix it.
Speech sound disorders
When sounds are hard to make or hard to understand (articulation and phonology), we help them become clear. Children gain the words to be heard with confidence.
Language development
We grow both sides of language: understanding what others say (receptive) and putting thoughts into words (expressive). The goal is genuine back-and-forth.
Early intervention
Gentle, play-based support for toddlers, during the years when little brains grow fastest. Early help often means a shorter, smoother path forward.
Late talkers and first words
For little ones slow to start talking, we spark and shape those precious first words. We meet each child where they are and build from there.
Social communication and play
The unspoken rules of conversation and play (pragmatics) help children connect with friends. We practice turn-taking, sharing ideas, and reading social cues.
Fluency and stuttering
We help children speak with more ease and less tension, and just as importantly, with confidence. Therapy supports both how they talk and how they feel about it.
AAC and communication tools
Augmentative and alternative communication gives every child a way to be heard, from picture boards to speech apps. We find the tool that fits and teach it together.
En dos idiomas
Care in English and Spanish.
Polaris offers full speech therapy in both English and Spanish, including bilingual evaluations. Assessing and treating children in the languages they use every day gives a truer picture of their communication and supports the way your family speaks at home.
How it works
A clear path, from hello to progress.
Getting started should feel simple, not overwhelming. Here is what working with Polaris looks like, step by step.

Growing, session by session
Play-based sessions keep things joyful while we track real progress, adjust as we go, and celebrate every win along the way.
