Polaris is a private-pay practice, so you pay us directly at the time of service. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your own insurer, we provide a superbill you can submit. We will always be clear about pricing before your first session.

What is a superbill and how does it work?

A superbill is an itemized receipt that lists the services your child received, along with the codes your insurer needs. You pay Polaris at the time of service, then submit the superbill to your insurance company.

Depending on your out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse you a portion of the cost. We are happy to show you exactly where to send it and what to expect.

What are your rates?

Our rates depend on the type and length of the session, such as an evaluation versus an ongoing therapy session. We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises, so we will walk you through current rates during your free consultation and give you a written estimate before you commit.
