Email us a little about your child, or use the form, and a real person on our team will get back to you, usually within one to two business days. From there we will set up a quick call or video chat and send you a secure, HIPAA-compliant intake link.

Polaris comes to you. We meet your child where they are most ready to do their best work, and we are glad to work alongside the rest of their care team.
In your home, your center, or online
We provide in-home sessions across Katy and West Houston, in-center visits when your child's team approves, and live teletherapy for families anywhere in Texas.
We will recommend the setting that helps your child do their best work.
